Jeremy Welch, First Assistant Golf Professional

Jeremy Welch - Biography

A native of North Carolina, Jeremy started playing golf 30 years ago at the age of eight. He played on the junior golf tour that his father managed and owned, and he spent his summers learning to change grips and repair clubs in his father’s golf repair shop. Jeremy joined the Marine Corps after high school and continued to play golf in his free time. He found the love of the game and the industry after his military experience through PGA Hope. Jeremy has a passion for growing the game and knows that this game is won around the greens. He believes that golf is a lot like life with constant ups and downs, and if you keep your head up and remain optimistic, then you can turn any negative into a positive. “Each swing is like a fingerprint: everyone’s is different.” Jeremy strives to help everyone learn, grow, and enjoy the game of golf every day.
